Most jobs fit into our standard vector conversion option and we return most jobs within a few hours.

  • ​Virtual Sample​ $12. Send a link or provide the product image and instructions, along with the logo. If the logo needs converting, we will do that too

  • ​​Vector Conversion ­$12. ­One and done. Free revision if we missed something, or if you need a quick and easy change.

  • ​Banner Design​ ­$36. ­Normally we are dealing with much larger files which take longer.

  • ​Logo Design​ ­$75.­ This is for creative work. If you need a logo or creative design, choose this. We will provide 2­ to 3 concepts and includes up to 3 free revisions. Provide as much detail as possible for this. Include colors, examples, or sketches if possible.

  • ​​Digitizing ­$20. ­ Flat fee, any stitch count.

Yes, simply ask and provide the supplier details or link to template. The more information you provide the better. We will also create a virtual sample for free if you order vector conversion and ask with details.

Yes, you can select “Please quote” when posting and we will send you a quote. We will not proceed until you approve it.

Yes, simply place a normal order for Digitizing. When the job is complete you can preview the pdf/jpg which shows the stitch count. If you want to proceed with ordering the conversion, simply pay for the job. (To provide the most accurate stitch count, we actually will digitize it - but you only pay if you need it).

Yes, most jobs are returned within a few hours but if you need a rush, select Rush which is $5 extra.

If you were previously setup on monthly billing, you will save money by using our credit payment method. Our accounting team can tell you your average monthly bill and you can prepurchase credit based on that amount and likely save $10-20%.
